Mr. Frank Gary Hall

Funeral services for Mr. Frank Gary Hall, 86, who entered into rest on Monday, July 15, 2019, will be held at 11 o'clock on Friday, July 19, 2019, in Concord United Methodist Church. The Rev. Kathy Carr will officiate with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his honor to Concord United Methodist Church, 354 Old Camden Road, Bishopville, SC 29010. Gary was born in Lee County, SC, a son of the late Frank Joseph Hall and Edna Bell Pate Hall. He retired from Kendall / International Paper after 35 years as an Industrial Electrician. He attended Concord United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing, riding in his golf cart, camping at Lake Wateree, and the beach. He dearly loved his grandchildren and the great-grandchildren. He was lovingly known as the "Mayor of Lucknow" by his neighbors and he did patrol duty late afternoons. He is survived by his loving wife, Delores Hall Hall of Bishopville, SC; son, Gary Randall "Randy" (Katie) Hall of Bishopville, SC; daughter, Wanda Dean Hall Galloway (Lyndsey Caddell) of Bethune, SC; an uncle who was like a brother to him, James H. Hyatt; grandchildren, Tony Mitchell Galloway II (Lauren Mayhugh), Leigh Ann Perry (Keith Stone), Brandolyn Galloway (Gregg) Lowery, Frankie Randall (Scarlet) Hall; great-grandchildren, Zane, Chance, Wyatt, and Callie Galloway, Shawn Perry and Kaleigh Stone, Skylar and Korbin Lowery, Landon, Bryson, and Presley Jane Hall; family friend, Chris Perry; his devoted pet, Corky.
